OneBanx offers a white-label application that allows financial institutions to customise and brand their own version of OneBanx's innovative banking solutions. TSB is using this service to provide an app to thier customers called the TSB Cash Kiosk.

TSB boosts access to cash with Nottingham pilot

TSB is boosting customers’ access to cash provision in Nottingham with the creation of its new Cash Kiosk pilot in the Victoria Centre in partnership with shared banking innovator, OneBanx. 

TSB already operates a pop-up service in the Victoria Centre where customers can access a range of services such as making payments, getting help with products and services, and assistance with bereavements. The bank is to enhance this offering by installing a transaction terminal in the Kiosk powered by technology from OneBanx and the global leader in cash automation solutions GLORY, enabling TSB customers to withdraw cash and deposit notes.

The OneBanx enabled terminals will give TSB customers access to their accounts on the Open Banking network, using the TSB Cash Kiosk App. Customers needing assistance to use the service will be supported by a TSB Mobile Money Confidence Expert, who will be on hand to help users connect to their bank to complete transactions privately.

The service is available to customers seven days per week from the TSB Cash Kiosk in the Victoria Centre.
